Wedding Crashers

David Dobkin, USA, 2005, 119 minutes

Special screening and event sponsored by Deloitte

By night, John Beckwith (Owen Wilson) and Jeremy Grey (Vince Vaughn) are professional "wedding crashers". Having been given 'the rules' for a pair of crashers to work by, they have systematically invaded and sexually conquered female prey countless times. By day, they are divorce counsellors.

Another great comedy from Hollywood's "frat pack", this movie is funny and educational. It includes Will Ferrell's greatest character EVER (I exaggerate not at all) and unlike earlier "frat pack" works, which are typically aimed at the male market, this film appeals much more to both genders. It is totally unmissable, not as a piece of 'cinematic history' but as a piece of excellent comedy work.

Following a TOTALLY FREE screening of Wedding Crashers thanks to our sponsors Deloitte, we will be holding a "wedding reception" party in the Pleasance's Cabaret Bar - the first 100 people into the film will be invited to come and have free drinks, talk to a Deloitte representative, listen to our EUSA DJ spin some cheesy wedding tracks, have a slice of wedding cake, have more free drinks, find our helium balloon stash and have a great time to celebrate the end of another semester!
